Formosa Plastics employees commemorated World Cleanup Day with beach cleanups in Texas and New Jersey. In Texas, 40 Formosa employees, contractors, and family members collected litter on Magnolia Beach in Indianola. In New Jersey, 15 employees collected litter on Plum Island at Sandy Hook Gateway National Recreation Area. Our efforts continued into late October providing a total collection of nearly 50,000 pieces of litter in support of the Alliance to End Plastic Waste’s 2022.
