Formolon^® Polyvinyl Chloride Resins

Formosa’s Formolon^® Suspension PVC resins are designed for today’s applications and we actively work with customers to develop resins for tomorrow’s applications. Our resins are available in eleven grades, with inherent viscosities ranging from 0.66 to 1.1 and K values ranging from 56 to 73. We also offer an extensive selection of dry blend compounds in diverse colors.

Examples of end-use applications include pipe, siding, fencing, decking, railing, window & doors, automotive, wire & cable, blown film, medical and many other rigid and flexible applications.

Formolon APURG				APURG Powder Purge/Purge Compound Series - Highly-filled, over-stabilized dry blends designed for use in PVC extruders. The material should be used for normal cleaning purposes prior to equipment shutdown. *Suggested applications:* Should be used for normal cleaning purposes prior to equipment shutdown.
Formolon APW				Powder Compound Series - Designed with exceptional whiteness, surface and processing properties for profile extrusions. *Suggested applications:* Window Lineals, Fencing and other Outdoor Weatherable Markets.
Formolon AW02				Homopolymer Compound - NSF approved medium molecular weight dry blend PVC compound engineered primarily for rigid extrusion application. Exceptional stability properties provide a consistent whiteness that enhances the finish and marketability of the end product. Suggested applications: Pipe, Conduit and Profile.
Formolon AW04				Homopolymer Compound - NSF approved medium molecular weight dry blend PVC compound engineered primarily for rigid extrusion application.
