Formosa Plastics provides a comprehensive package of employee benefits, which are updated to meet the changing needs of our employees. We currently administer health, dental, partial pension, 401(k) savings, group term life insurance and AD&D insurance. We also offer short and long term disability insurance and other corporate-wide employment benefits.
Unlike most other companies, we pay the full cost of employees' health, dental, life and long term disability insurance premiums for each eligible employee and eligible dependent.
