On June 5, 2026, Formosa Plastics brought together 170 employees, vendors, and supporters for the Formosa Plastics Louisiana Charity Golf Tournament. The event offered participants a day on the golf course while raising money for Dreams Come True of Louisiana.

By the end of the tournament, the event had raised $53,000. The funds will support the organization’s work to make dreams come true for children with chronic illnesses across Louisiana.

A tournament of this size takes a great deal of planning and support. Formosa employees coordinated the event, volunteered their time, and handled the work behind the scenes. Vendors also played an important role through their participation and generous contributions.

The support from everyone involved helped turn a day of golf into $53,000 for Louisiana children and their families. Dreams Come True of Louisiana has been granting dreams to children with life-threatening illnesses since 1982. The nonprofit serves children ages 3 to 18 across Louisiana and continues supporting participating children and their families after their dreams are granted.

Formosa Plastics Louisiana is grateful to everyone who contributed, participated, volunteered, or helped organize the tournament. Thank you for making the event a success and supporting the work of Dreams Come True of Louisiana.

Thank you for helping make dreams come true!
